CM SaaS Pricing - CM SaaS is priced as a web hosted service with a nominal setup fee and prepaid monthly service fee. Because CM SaaS fees tend to be so low, customers frequently prefer to prepay a year, which is easily arranged. A CM SaaS Service Contract with the payment for the setup fee and first month's service is required to get started. The CM SaaS Service Contract continues until terminated by either party.
- With the Service Contract we will need a "Letter of Agency" for each carrier authorizing Matsch to have access to your carrier billing detail.
- Once these items are in hand, we will be contacting your Cellular Administrator to define the rebilling methodology and potential for importing previous carrier billing detail for building historical data.
