number was called, how long the calls were for, and who made the
calls. Detail and summary reports can be generated by company,
tenant, division, department, account code and extension. Reports
can show budgeted versus actual costs to provide financial guidelines
for better control. Other reports show cost analysis by route
and area code, actual trunk utilization, and watchdog reports
that pinpoint misuse or abuse.
