NET-Phacs is a service for companies that want detailed information on their usage of telephone services without the hassle of yet another system to manage. NET-Phacs collects data directly from your telephone system or Centrex service. Reports are emailed to your attention daily. Your NET-Phacs reports and data can be easily accessed over the Internet. Daily Reports

• MOST-Phacs Daily Call Summary Report
• A summary report of the previous day and month-to-date activity by call type.
• Trunk Utilization By Route Report
• A recap report of the previous day and month-to-date trunk usage for verifying uniform usage and working trunks for the telephone company.

Monthly Reports

• NET-Phacs Extension Detail Report
• A report by extension within department of detail for long distance calls, followed by a summary of long distance, local and incoming calls.
• Call Summary By Extension Report
• A summary report of outbound and incoming calls by extension within department.
• Called Number Ranking Report
• A summary report listing in descending order all numbers dialed with more than (10) calls.

Extension Master File Maintenance

• Extension Master File Maintenance enables users to have secure access to demographic information associated with NET-Phacs Extensions. It is primarily used to assign extensions to departments for reporting, but can be used to add names and other information for billing and query purposes.

Division/Department Record Maintenance

• The Division/Department Record Maintenance program enables users to assign a division and department structure reflecting organization cost centers. Extensions are then assigned to the cost centers and reported in that manner.

Requirements

Pricing

• One time setup fee of $600
• Monthly service fees are based on number of extensions, starting as low as $50 per month for less than 50 stations, $250 per month for up to 1,000 stations.
• Custom services beyond the base system are available for a nominal monthly fee
