As the name implies, the Matsch QuickScan - Fraud Detection and Route Analysis System quickly tells you every morning if you have any abnormal activity on your telecommunications network. Fraud Detection and Trunk Analysis

Matsch QuickScan provides a timely "snapshot" of your network utilization. It quickly tells you every morning if you have any trunks with exceptionally high or low call volume and/or duration, resulting in daily identification of potential toll fraud or trunk problems. QuickScan reporting can be generated automatically as part of your Matsch MOST-Phacs end-of-day process or manually on demand.

Trunk Exception Report

Lists all trunks which are outside of a range defined by you, based on your normal activity for the day of the week or holiday. This Matsch QuickScan report provides a precise list of trunks with possible problems. This information indicates possible toll fraud and/or bad trunks which can be quickly checked out and corrected.

Fraud Detection and Route Analysis Report

Provides a summary recap of all routes. Its information quickly indicates problems with toll fraud and bad trunks. For most sites this is a one-page report that quickly indicates the network status.

Parameter Maintenance

Enables users to define acceptable peg count and duration minimums and ranges by plus or minus percentages based on your normal operation. Each specific route is assigned its own parameters. It automatically calculates and maintains a running day-of-week and holiday usage information for maintenance free operation.
