Authorization Code Generation, Verification and Tracking

STS provides authorization code tracking for the generation and tracking of authorization codes. Authorization codes are randomly generated and verified by the system. They can vary in length from 5 to 14 digits. The system automatically prepares User Contracts singularly or in batch form.

While STS features a high level of security to protect against and report the possible misuse of codes, assignment of new and/or change codes for existing accounts is a simple matter. Automatic creation and tracking of authorization codes benefits your organization by providing the information you need to properly manage and protect it.

Credit Limit Reports

STS provides reporting to analyze and control user credit limits. Credit limits are adjustable by account allowing you to assign them based on a customer's needs and/or ability To pay. Reporting options include all accounts exceeding their credit limit or just the new accounts that have exceeded their credit limit since the last report. STS features the option to interface to a separate module for directly modifying or deleting authorization codes on the switch.

Equipment, Labor and Feature Billing

STS features the ability to integrate billing of onetime and recurring charges with call detail. Charges are adjustable by account and billable in detail or summary mode. Integration of call detail with additional related charges provides a professional looking bill including all the essential elements for telephone resale.

Multiple Taxing Options

STS taxing options enable you to properly assign and accumulate taxes. The system provides for user defined state, federal, and up to (3) optional taxes per line item. Tax exemptions can be defined by account. STS enables you to plan your future in telephone resale with confidence, without concern for changing tax requirements.

Daily Analysis Reports

STS features daily analysis reports that enable you to manage your day-to-day operations. Daily analysis reporting provides information on the following:

Accounts Receivable

STS Accounts Receivable System is specifically designed for telephone resale call accounting. Accounts receivable is fully configured for payment collection and processing. It features real-time payment posting while payments are in "unposted" status and provides for batch update to "posted" status once a daily batch is balanced and released.

Accounts receivable open items can be up and down loaded between your STS system and existing accounting systems for ease of operation. STS allows you the flexibility to integrate telephone resale collection in a manner best suited to your needs.
